Wedding Wednesday No. 3: Our Nashville Engagement Photos

All photos in this post are by Mike Cassimatis Photography.

Welcome back to Wedding Wednesdays! My new goal is to have my entire wedding blogged before our second anniversary. That gives me almost six months to get this thing done, but it’s important to set attainable goals. 🙂

It’s really fun to look back at these engagement photos over two years later. We took these in July 2014, which was the first time we met our wonderfully talented wedding photographer, Mike Cassimatis. (We didn’t need to meet him before that, because we loved his photography that much!) We had such a fun day showing Mike around Nashville, and he just captured that early moment in our relationship so perfectly. It’s hard to look at these without thinking about how far we’ve come since then, because they seem like they were taken a lifetime ago now! I like where we are now a whole lot better, but these two crazy kids sure were excited in 2014.

The three outfits we wore kind of remind me of summer, fall, and winter, so I’m going to post them in that order. These “summer” photos were also taken at the end of the day, and it’s the end of summer now, so this feels apropos like a final summer sunset. Allow me to present Wedding Wednesday No. 3, Engagement Photo Shoot Post 1 of 3!

But of course we had to take some photos on Lower Broadway!

I begged for this fountain photo, and it looks like Will isn’t nearly as into it as I am.
