Today’s Blogtember Challenge prompt is to share a list of your favorite posts you’ve written. Admittedly, it kind of feels like one of those Saved by the Bell episodes where the writers got a week off so they made a montage episode of the cast “remembering” a hodge podge of things that happened in other episodes. When I was a kid, I was SO MAD when one of those episodes would come on. I would practically throw my Cooler Ranch Doritos at the TV in disgust. I demand new programming! Well, never fear, because this is how today’s post is not like that: some of my earlier posts (and even some recent posts) were in desperate need of some updating. Either the formatting was off, or I forgot to put in really good photos, etc. So I spent some time this weekend re-vamping the archives and a lot of these favorite posts have been edited and updated!
So, by category (and otherwise generally chronological order), here are my favorite new and improved posts so far!
Travel is definitely one of my favorite categories, because I found a lot of posts I love.
1. Williamsburg with Mom: This was an awesome mother-daughter trip! All the colonial goodness you can ask for is right here, and isn’t it nice to get away from 2016 for awhile?
2. The Greenbrier: Definitely one of our favorites of 2016 so far. I haven’t yet found a preppier place on Earth.
3. Boone with Will’s Mom: This was a very outdoorsy trip with lots of relaxation and adorable Pippa photos.
4. Annapolis: We recently went to Annapolis for a weekend with friends, and there is so much nautical fun there I could barely handle it. Plus, we visited the Naval Academy.
5. Charlottesville: See above. A winery, football, and UVA with friends.

I’m trying to work through Wedding Wednesdays by our second anniversary, and I also write other things about marriage.
6. Our First Anniversary Shoot: We were so lucky Abby Grace came over days before our first anniversary to capture that moment in our newlywed lives in our newlywed apartment just as things were/are for this fleeting moment in life.
7. Our Proposal Story: How we got engaged, photographed by my friend Ellen Kilgore and shot against a pink and orange Nashville skyline.
8. Our Seaside Honeymoon: Just what it sounds like. Seaside is absolutely one of our favorite places.

I love interior design! I was so lucky that Abby Grace took such beautiful photos of our home, and I also love to share as I add and change decor.
9. Our Great Room: The majority of our apartment now new and updated with a few more photos!
10. Our Navy Master Bedroom: Check out the most bold interior design move I’ve ever made.
11. How I Handle Seasonal Decor: I’m on this train again soon to switch things out for fall. This was for spring, but I also share our winter decor and general tips for how I subtly nod to the current season in our home without being cheesy.
Celebrations, Entertaining, and Hosting
Opening our home to friends is one of our favorite things to do and shared missions for our marriage, and I love to decorate for them. (Will handles most of the cooking.)
12. Paige’s Nashville Baby Shower: Such a sweet time with my hometown besties. We didn’t even know baby Amelia was a girl yet! I also love this post that shows our girl time around Nashville.
13. A Spring Dinner Party: I just love Spode’s Blue Italian china, so this was its time to shine.
14. A Fourth of July Dinner Party: I went a little over the top, and I don’t hate it. This was our last dinner party at home with Ryan, Erin, and Sully before their move!
15. And, last but not least, Our Derby Day Party: This may be my favorite party we’ve hosted this year. I was not messing around with the food or decor for this one.
